5. COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY\nTRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR THE COUNTYWIDE TRAFFIC\nSIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION BASELINE PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Cooperative Agreement No. C-\n3-2427 between Orange County Transportation Authority and the City of\nLake Forest for the Countywide Signal Synchronization Baseline Project for\nimplementation of signal timing improvements within the City under the OC-\nGo (formerly known as Measure M2) Regional Traffic Signal\nSynchronization Program (Project P). 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and\nthe City Clerk to attest, the Cooperative Agreement No. C-3-2427,\nsubstantially in the form attached in accordance with OCTA’s contract\nmanagement.
