E. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Dudek to establish the Mixed-Use\nOverlay Zoning District. (Bobbett)\nRecommendation: (1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Dudek authorizing a one-year term extension ending\nSeptember 21, 2024, to establish a Mixed-Use Overlay Zoning District,\ndevelop related development standards, and prepare associated\nenvironmental documents, for an amount not to exceed $309,990; and, (2)\nAuthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
