Item No. 31. 2023-0670 CONSIDER AN AWARD OF A CONTRACT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT TO RON'S MAINTENANCE, INC. TO\nPROVIDE CATCH BASIN CLEANING SERVICES\nCITYWIDE\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD a Contract Services Agreement to Ron's Maintenance,\nInc. for the cleaning of catch basins citywide, in the amount of\n$203,385 per year for the next three years, plus as-needed catch\nbasin stenciling of $19,370 per year, for a total not-to-exceed\ncontract sum of $668,265, with City options to extend the contract\nfor an additional three years at the City's sole discretion.\n2.
