AUTHORIZE INCREASING THE NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT FOR ADDITIONAL PLAN CHECK SERVICES\nFOR THE REALIGNMENT OF LINCOLN AVENUE UNDER MASTER RETAINER AGREEMENT NO. 3999,\nTASK ORDER NO. 1 WITH MARK THOMAS, INC.\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize increasing the not-to-exceed amount for additional Plan Check Services for the realignment of\nLincoln Avenue Under Master Retainer Agreement No. 3999, Task Order No. 1 with Mark Thomas, Inc.;\nand\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the Task Order amendment; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
