CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO SUBMIT A FUNDING APPLICATION TO\nBUREAU OF RECLAMATION THROUGH THE BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE\nLAW FOR SMALL SURFACE WATER AND GROUNDWATER STORAGE\nPROJECTS\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Authorize staff to submit a funding application to the Bureau of Reclamation\nthrough the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law for small surface water and groundwater\nstorage projects; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign all applicable documents.
