Orange County Transportation Authority 2023-2024 Comprehensive Transportation\nFunding Program Call-for-Projects\nRecommended Action: (1) Adopt Resolution 23-XX Approving the Submittal of the Alicia\nParkway Corridor Improvement Project to the Orange County Transportation Authority\n(OCTA) for Funding Under the Competitive Measure M2 Regional Transportation Signal\nSynchronization Program (Project P); and (2) direct staff to transmit Resolution 23-XX to\nOCTA by October 26, 2023, in conjunction with the City's funding application for said\nproject.
