Item 250: Ballot Measure Calendar.\nSUBMISSION OF BALLOT PROPOSALS\nFOR THE MARCH 5, 2024 BALLOT\nCity Council Policy 000-21 establishes a procedure for submittal of ballot proposals, other processes -including\ncitizen initiatives- may come before the City Council for consideration at other times.
