19.\nCitywide Slurry Seal Project.\nRecommendation: Authorize the Interim City Manager to execute Agreement No. 2023-056 A\nwith American Asphalt South, Inc. contingent upon all bonds and proper contract documents being fully executed to the satisfaction of the City Attorney; issue a purchase order to American\nAsphalt South, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $565,470.56; authorize an additional $56,547.06 for contingencies and project inspection; authorize the Interim City Manager to execute Change Orders during construction within the approved project budget and establish a project budget not to exceed $622,017.62.
