13) Purchase of Citywide Park Amenities for Citywide Park Improvements with Quick\nCrete Products\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Order with Quick Crete\nProducts for Citywide Park Amenities in an amount not to exceed $232,608.57 in such\nfinal form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute\nchange orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $23,260.00 for unanticipated costs.
