12) Award a Public Works Agreement to Edmonson Construction Co, for the\nDemolition of the Buildings Located at 102, 106, 108, 110, and 114 South Main\nStreet, Demolition Project (CIP Project #Z20006).\n1. Award a public works agreement to Edmonson Construction Co. for the City-owned\nbuildings next to City Hall, Building Demolition Project (CIP Project #Z20006);\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for a not-to-\nexceed amount of $149,950.00 with Edmonson Construction Co. in the form\nattached, and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10%\ncontingency amount of $14,995.00 for construction uncertainties and adjustments.
