14) Agreement for Contractor Services with Hi-way Safety, Inc. for Guardrail\nInstallation, Repair and Maintenance Citywide\nApprove and Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement for Contractor Services\nwith Hi-Way Safety Inc. for Guardrail Installation, Repair, and Maintenance Citywide in\nan amount not to exceed $86,154.57 per Fiscal Year for a term of three (3) years in such\nfinal form approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute\nchange orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $8,615.00 for unanticipated costs.
