C. Approval of First Modification of Agreement with Best Contracting Services, Inc. for Citywide Roofing\nServices\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities),\nof the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a first modification to agreement\n10854 in the amount not to exceed $854,620 with Best Contracting Services, Inc., for\ncitywide roofing contractor services.
