The\nproposed ordinance would repeal South El Monte Municipal Code Title 2,\nChapter 2.52,"Traffic Commission."\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Waive first reading and introduce Ordinance No. 1269 to repeal Title 2,\nChapter 2.52 "Traffic Commission;" and\n2. Set the second reading of said ordinance at the next regular City\nCouncil meeting.
