7.5 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2023-03, NEW CABARET LOUNGE AT THE LA\nMIRADA THEATRE - APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT EXEMPTION - It is recommended the City Council find\nthat pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the project is\ncategorically exempt under Section 15301 Class 1 (c) and will have no significant effect on\nthe environment; approve the plans and specifications for Capital Improvement Project No.\n2023-03, New Cabaret Lounge at the La Mirada Theatre; and authorize the City Clerk to\nadvertise for sealed bids.\n7.5 CIP No. 2023-03
