(APN: 8709-011-015)\n\n Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n 1. Open the Public Hearing;\n 2. Hear the Staff Report;\n 3. Solicit public input on this item;\n 4. City Council Discussion;\n 5. Close the Public Hearing; and\n 6. Take one (1) of the following actions:\n a. Uphold the Planning Commission’s decision to deny SPC/AR 2022-109;\n b.
