FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 STATE OF CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE\nSAFETY PROGRAM GRANT AND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT\nRequest the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-134 authorizing the Escondido Police Department to\naccept a Fiscal Year 2023-24 California Office of Traffic Safety (“OTS”) Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety\nProgram Grant in the amount of $25,000; authorize the Chief of Police or his designee to execute grant\ndocuments on behalf of the City; and approve budget adjustments needed to spend grant funds.
