Recommendation to use Motorola Solutions, Inc./Vigilant Solutions as the exclusive\nprovider of Automatic License Plate Readers for the City of Lawndale\nRecommendation: that the City Council consider the following options and staff\nrecommends Option 1 of the following options: 1.) Select Motorola Solutions,\nInc./Vigilant Solutions as the City's preferred provider of Automatic License Plate\nReader's at the estimated price and for all the listed services in the RFP; or 2.) Select\nMotorola Solutions, Inc./Vigilant Solutions as the City's preferred provider of Automatic\nLicense Plate Reader's at a lower price, but with less cameras, equipment, and coverage\nin order to reduce the cost to a more comfortable price point; or 3.) Give Staff directions\nas to how many cameras they would like to have in use, with the possibility of adding\nadditional cameras once the program is underway and successful.
