Ratify an agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, in an amount not to exceed\n$124,873.43, for professional consulting services for the design of the Protected Left-Turn\nPhasing Traffic Signal Improvements Project as executed by the Director of Public Works, and\nauthorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to take the necessary actions to implement\nand administer the agreement.
