12.\nApprove an agreement with Overdrive, Inc. for digital content hosting and\ndistribution in an amount not to exceed $405,000 and an appropriation\nadjustment in the amount of $16,639 (General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Library\nRecommended Action:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Overdrive, Inc. to\nprovide hosting services and digital content in an amount not to exceed\n$405,000 for a term beginning November 1, 2023 and expiring June 30, 2026,\nwith provision for two, 1-year renewal options, subject to non-substantive\nchanges approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No.\n2023-XXX).\n2. Approve an appropriation adjustment to recognize $16,639 in California\nState Library California Library Services Act funds in the miscellaneous\nincome revenue account and appropriate the same amount into the Library\nTech & Support Services, Computer Software Subscriptions expenditure\naccount. (Requires five affirmative votes)
