(MIG) for the Comprehensive Zoning Code Update in an\namount not to exceed $1,574,515, which includes a contingency amount of\n$50,000 and optional tasks totaling $95,700, for a two-year term beginning on\nOctober 17, 2023, and expiring on October 31, 2025, with provisions for one\ntwo-year extension, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City\nManager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
