22.\nAdopt a Resolution to Add Positions in the City Attorney’s Office, the Public\nWorks Agency, and to reallocate a position in the Community Development\nAgency\nDepartment(s): Finance and Management Services\nRecommended Action:\nAdopt a resolution that amends the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Annual Budget to add\none (1) position in the City Attorney’s Office, two (2) positions in the Public\nWorks Agency, and to reallocate one (1) position in the Community\nDevelopment Agency, which increases the total authorized headcount from\n1,395 to 1,398.\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO AMEND THE CURRENT\nFISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 ANNUAL BUDGET TO ADJUST FULL-TIME\nPOSITIONS IN THE CITY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AND PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY, INCLUDING\nADDITIONS AND/OR REALLOCATIONS
