Expenditure:\nNone.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2018-109 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for the City Attorney, which updates\nlanguage regarding use of sick time; and\n2) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2020-97 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for the City Manager, which updates\nlanguage regarding use of sick time; and\n3) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2022-144 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for Certain Full-Time Salaried and\nHourly Employees, which updates language regarding use of sick time; and\n4) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2023-12 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for Executive and Management\nEmployees, which updates language regarding use of sick time; and\n5) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2019-84 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for Fire Safety Management, which\nupdates language regarding use of sick time; and\n6) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2019-82 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for Police Safety Management, which\nupdates language regarding use of sick time.
