2.N. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR FIRE AND LIFE\nSAFETY SERVICES WITH MAJESTIC FIRE PROTECTION, INC.\n[S. CAMPBELL, H. COLLINS, E. HAMANT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving an Amendment to the\nAgreement with Majestic Fire Protection, Inc. to increase the not-to-\nexceed amount of the Agreement for fire and life safety systems,\nequipment, and repairs as identified in the annual Title 19\ninspections at City facilities.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 9 to the\nAgreement with Majestic Fire Protection, Inc. to provide citywide fire\nlife safety systems services for an increased amount of $50,000\nand a new total not-to-exceed amount of $729,000; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the amendment to the Agreements.\nSTAFF REPORT
