2.O. AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HARDY &\nHARPER, INC. FOR STREET AND ALLEY MAINTENANCE &\nREPAIR SERVICES [S. CAMPBELL, H. COLLINS]:\nThe City Council will consider approving an amendment to the\nAgreement to amend the Exhibit A, Scope of Services, to allow\nproposals for related street, sidewalk, and alley work not included in\nthe original on-call unit price bid.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the\nAgreement with Hardy & Harper, Inc., to provide street and alley\nmaintenance and repair services by amending the Exhibit A, Scope\nof Services, to allow proposals for related street, sidewalk, and\nalley work not included in the original on-call unit price bid; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the amendments to the Agreements.\nSTAFF REPORT
