8.f ADOPTION OF RESO. 2023-89 AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF COASTAL CONSERVANCY\nGRANT FUNDS FOR THE BAYSHORE BIKEWAY RESILIENCY PROJECT, REQUISITE\nBUDGET ADJUSTMENTS, & AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT WITH NEXUS\nPLANNING & RESEARCH FOR THE PROJECT. (0620-77 & 0680-20)\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution Number 2023-89 authorizing the City Manager, or\ndesignee thereof, to execute all documents and take any actions necessary and appropriate\nto carry out the intent of this resolution accepting the grant funds awarded by the Coastal\nConservancy, authorizing the City Manager or designee to make required budget\nadjustments to accommodate the grant funds and project expenditures, and authorize the\nCity Manager, or designee to make an amendment to the contract with Nexus Planning &\nResearch for consultant support to implement the project.
