(0600-20)\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-88 approving a six (6) month time\nextension for Regular Coastal Development Permit (CP 180066), Conditional Use Permit\n(CUP 180067), Design Review Case (DRC 180068), Site Plan Review (SPR 180071),\nVesting Tentative Map (VTM 180072), and Mitigated Negative Declaration (EIA 180069;\nSCH# 2019059022) to construct a new vertical mixed-use development with 47-hotel\nrooms, 51-residential units (2 very low income), and approximately 6,680 square feet of\ncommercial space at 550 Highway 75 and 624 7th Street (APNs 625-140-08-00, 626-070-\n33-00, AND 626-070-57-00) in the C/MU-1 (General Commercial & Mixed-Use) Zone\nsubject to the conditions as specified in the resolution (Attachment 1 of the staff report).
