G Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 23-45 – A\nResolution adjusting salary and employment categories within the Public\nWorks Department (Exhibit A), effective October 23, 2023.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-45, adjusting salary\nand employment categories within the Public Works Department (Exhibit A),\neffective October 23, 2023; 2) Incorporate a budget amendment to reflect the\nadjustments from the elimination of Assistant City Engineer and Management\nAssistant positions, and the addition of Management Analyst I/II and Public Works\nCoordinator positions; and 3) Authorize the City Manager to implement Exhibit A\nas appropriate; or 4) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this\nitem.
