5.A. PROPOSED PERMANENT OUTDOOR DINING POLICY AND\nAMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 11.28 OF THE WEST HOLLYWOOD\nMUNICIPAL CODE [J. ROCCO, R. ABRAMSON, G. YOLLES, J.\nKEHO, S. CAMPBELL, J. GILMOUR]:\nThe City Council will consider updating the City’s existing outdoor\ndining policy, and amending Chapter 11.28 of the West Hollywood\nMunicipal Code to reflect those updates.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Staff recommends that the City Council\nadopt the following ordinance: Ordinance No. 23-_________: "AN\nORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 11.28 OF\nTHE WEST HOLLYWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING\nOUTDOOR DINING IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY;" 2) Authorize\nthe Director of Finance & Technology Services to allocate $25,000\nfrom unallocated reserves in General Fund to 100-3-40-41-531005\nfor the development of the Outdoor Dining Eligibility and Site\nDesign Guide and related costs; and 3) Provide any feedback, if\nnecessary, on the proposed updates, including the eligibility criteria\nand design standards.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 5.A. - ATTACHMENT A\nITEM 5.A. - ATTACHMENT B\nITEM 5.A. - ATTACHMENT C\nITEM 5.A. - ATTACHMENT D
