4.A. SANTA MONICA BOULEVARD PROTECTED BIKE LANES\nFEASIBILITY STUDY [J. KEHO, F. CONTRERAS, B. CHEUNG]:\nThe City Council will receive a presentation on the Santa Monica\nBoulevard Protected Bike Lanes Feasibility Study findings and\nprovide staff direction on the next steps.
