Savage Canyon Landfill De-Silting Basins Clean Up – Award of\nContract\nRecommendation:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. WUA-2023-07 amending the FY 2023-24 budget in\nthe amount of $115,720 in supplemental funds to be allocated for the\nSavage Canyon Landfill De-Silting Basins Clean Up.\n2) Authorize the Executive Director to sign the contract with Zusser\nCompany, Inc. in the amount of $105,200 for the Savage Canyon Landfill\nDe-Silting Basins Clean Up.\n3) Approve $10,520 in contingency for the Savage Canyon Landfill De-\nSilting Basins Clean Up subject to the approval of the Executive Director.
