City\nCouncil per LMC 8.12.100(A) bar Lawndale Chamber of Commerce, Christian Heritage\nChurch, Lawndale Foursquare Church, and Lawndale Little League from receiving a\nfireworks stand permit for a period of five years and per LMC 8.12.100A disqualify the\nRotary Club from applying for a fireworks permit stand for the upcoming year; and find\nthis item exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to CEQA Guideline 15061 (b )(3); 2.)
