(Wells Fargo) for the City’s treasury management\nservices with an expiration date of October 2, 2028 to lock in lower service fee\npricing through the stated term.\nStrategic Plan Goal(s):\nGoal No. 1 Financial Stability: Ensure the City’s long-term financial stability\nand resilience.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the City Manager, or designee, to enter into an amended Master\nAgreement with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for treasury management services and\nrelated fees, retroactive to October 1, 2023, and expiring on October 2, 2028, in\na form approved by the City Attorney.
