3.2 ORDINANCE CANCELING THE CITY’S ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR\nENFORCEMENT OF THE MOBILEHOME PARKS ACT AND THE SPECIAL OCCUPANCY\nPARKS ACT, AND FINDING THE ACTION EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nCity Council will consider reading the title, waiving further reading and introducing an ordinance to revert\nenforcement responsibilities back to the state. With more than 476 facilities within 7 mobile home parks\nand only one (1) building inspector, it is not viable for the City to continue with the program.\nEnvironmental Determination: exempt under section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
