1.6 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE STANFIELD MARSH\nOUTDOOR RECREATION AND EDUCATION (SMORE I) PROJECT\nCity Council will consider a formal resolution authorizing a Notice of Completion for the Stanfield Marsh\nOutdoor Recreation and Education (SMORE I) Project. The SMORE I Project was established to expand\npaved trails within the area to improve accessibility to the recreational and educational opportunities at this\nsite. On June 6, 2022, a contract was awarded to S. Porter, Inc. and the work for this project was completed\nas of December 14, 2022. The project had a total budget of $399,000 and was funded in part by a State\nEnvironmental Enhancement and Mitigation Grant.\nEnvironmental Determination: categorically exempt under section 15301.C of the CEQA Guidelines.
