2.1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) APPLICATION FOR PROGRAM\nYEAR 2023-2024\nThe City Council will conduct a public hearing to make funding recommendations on County-identified\neligible applications requesting 2023-2024 CDBG funding from the City of Big Bear Lake. The CDBG\nprogram is a federally funded program which makes grant funds available for eligible applicants that provide\nservices to low- and moderate- income households and/or persons. The City’s estimated allocation for the\n2023-2024 program year is $36,508.\nEnvironmental Determination: exempt under section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
