Award the Capital Improvement Projects Contract Services with FreeWire Technologies, Inc. for\nthe Purchase, Installation, and Warranty of One Boost Charger 200 for an amount not to exceed\n$205,700 at the City of Glendora Public Works Yard\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a Categorical Exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301(c); 2. Award the Capital Improvement\nProjects Contract Services with FreeWire Technologies, Inc. for the Purchase, Installation, and\nWarranty of One Boost Charger 200 for an amount not to exceed $205,700 at the City of\nGlendora Public Works Yard; 3. Authorize the Community Development Director to execute any\nnecessary change orders in an amount not to exceed 10% of the original contract amount; 4.\nApprove the supplemental appropriation of $205,700 from Proposition A Local Return Fund\n(209) reserves and increase the CIP budget for Transit Yard Modernization by the same amount;\nand 5.
