14.f APPROVE A CHANGE OF COUNCILMEMBER HEALTH BENEFITS TO 495\nALIGN WITH COACHELLA VALLEY MARKET AND CURRENT\nEMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a change to the Councilmember health benefits to align\nwith the Coachella Valley market and employees, as well as to\nincrease transparency regarding Councilmember total\ncompensation (stipend and health benefits).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to take action to implement the health\nbenefits changes effective January 1, 2024.
