13.g AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO LEONIDA BUILDERS, INC., 101\nIN THE AMOUNT OF $363,680 FOR THE BUMP N GRIND TRAILHEAD\nNEW PREFABRICATED RESTROOM (PROJECT NO. MPK00006)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Waive minor proposal irregularities and award a contract to\nLeonida Builders, Inc., in the amount of $363,680 for the Bump N\nGrind Trailhead New Prefabricated Restroom.\n2. Authorize the Finance Department to set aside $55,000\ncontingency for unforeseen costs.\n3. Authorize transfer out from General Fund 110 to Capital Project\nFund 400 in the amount of $230,000.\n4. Appropriate $230,000 from Unobligated General Fund Reserves\nand transfer to Account No. 4004618-4400100, Citywide Park\nImprovements.\n5. Authorize the City Manager or designee to approve contract\namendments/extensions.\n6. Authorize the City Manager to review and approve change orders\nfor any unforeseen circumstances per Section 3.30.170 of\nOrdinance No. 1392.\n7.
