Approve road closure on San Pablo Avenue between Fred Waring\nDrive and Magnesia Falls Drive for the Party in the Park Event on\nNovember 18, 2023.\n2. Approve a budget transfer of $8,000 from the Police Services\nAccount No. 1104210-4304000 to Account No. 1104210-4304200\n(Police Contingency).\n3. Approve waiver of all City permit fees associated with the event.\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any documents that may be\nnecessary to facilitate the event.
