Accept two Public Parks on Tract Map No. 37506-1.\n2. Release the Faithful Performance and Payment (Labor and\nMaterials) Bonds each in the amount of $583,932.80.\n3. Accept the Maintenance Warranty Bond in the Amount of\n$58,393.28.
