Approve Amendment No. 4 to Consulting Services Agreement No. A5548 with\nHarrell & Company Advisors LLC, approving an extension through October\n31, 2026, for financial advising services in an amount not to exceed $236,000.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
