The application proposed an expansion to the City’s SEE AND\nBE SEEN active transportation safety and health living program to include a campaign called\nJust SNAP it!, which will be focused on encouraging high school and young adult drivers to\nestablish life-long safety habits to reduce their risk of experiencing a traffic-related death or\nserious injury.
