Opens the public hearing and receives testimony;\n2. Closes the public hearing;\n3. Adopts by reference an Ordinance to Amend Title 15 Buildings and Construction and\nadopting amendments to the California Building Code, 2022 Edition and the California\nFire Code, 2022; and\n4.
