11. Professional Services Agreement for Continued Jamacha Road Safety Improvements\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Determines that the service is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) in accordance with section 15301 of the state CEQA Guidelines; and\n2. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to execute a Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Chen Ryan Associates, Inc., for a one-year term in the not-to-exceed amount\nof $52,750.
