(Planning and Building – Sawa)\nRecommendation:\n1. Conduct and close the Public Hearing; and\n2. Adopt Mitigated Negative Declaration AEIS2022-11 and the Mitigation Monitoring\nand Reporting Program as complete and in compliance with the provisions of\nCEQA per the Resolution and authorize filing a Notice of Determination; and\n3. Adopt the Resolution approving Conditional Use Permit P2022-10.
