Approval of Memorandum of Agreement and Related Addendums with Southern California High\nIntensity Financial Crimes Area (HIFCA), El Camino Real (ECR) Financial Crimes Task Force between\nThe Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement, Homeland\nSecurity Investigations, Los Angeles, and Irwindale Police Department\nDepartment: Police\nRecommendation: (1) Approve and Authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU) Between the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and\nCustoms Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, Los Angeles (Homeland Security) and\nthe City of Irwindale Police Department for the Reimbursement of Joint Operations Expenses from\nthe Treasury Forfeiture Fund;\n(2) Approve and Authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Addendum to the MOU Between\nHomeland Security and the City of Irwindale Police Department;\n(3) Approve and Authorize the Chief of Police to execute the First Amended Memorandum of\nAgreement for the Southern California High Intensity Financial Crimes Area (HIFCA) El Camino Real\n(ECR) Financial Crimes Task Force Between Homeland Security and the City of Irwindale Police\nDepartment; and\n(4) Approve and Authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Addendum to the First Amended\nMemorandum of Agreement for the Southern California High Intensity Financial Crimes Area\n(HIFCA) El Camino Real (ECR) Financial Crimes Task Force Between Homeland Security and the\nCity of Irwindale Police Department.
