12. Approve the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Grant Deed with Andrew J. Hopwood, in the\nacquisition amount of $19,000, for the sale of a portion of the real property located at 6501 East\nNohl Ranch, generally known as Anaheim Hills Golf Course previously declared exempt surplus\nland; authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the agreement; and authorize the City Clerk to deliver the Grant Deed\nto escrow for recordation in the Orange County Recorder’s Office.\n4 November 7, 2023
