10. Approve the Renewable Power Purchase Agreement with EIF Haypress, LLC, in the unit pricing\nof $60 per MWh (approximately $905,000 per year), subject to a 2.5% annual escalator, to\npurchase power and associated resources from the Haypress Hydroelectric Project for a fifteen\nyear term, commencing January 1, 2024; authorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or\ndesignees, to execute and deliver the agreement and supporting agreements, such as cost-\nneutral amendments of the agreement, administrative amendments of the agreement’s exhibits,\ncollateral assignment agreements, power scheduling agreements, and scheduling coordinator\nagreements; prepare, certify, attest, execute, and deliver documents related to the agreement;\nand to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the agreement.
