8L. Budget Adjustments to the City Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets for Fiscal Year\n2022-23\n— 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-064 and 2023-065 appropriating funds to adjust the Fiscal Year 2022-\n23 City Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets; and\n— 2. Approve the use of State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) through the American Rescue\nPlan Act (ARPA) for Public Health\n— The City Operating Budget adjustments for all funds including the General Fund resulted in a decrease\nin budgeted revenues and transfers-in of $1,669,956 and a decrease in budgeted expenditures and\ntransfers-out of $6,152,462 for a net increase in budgeted revenue and transfers-in of $7,822,418.
