Adopt a Resolution No. 2023-062 authorizing the submission of a Prohousing Designation\nApplication to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents and agreements necessary to\nparticipate in the Prohousing Designation Program.\n— There will be no impact on the General Fund.
